The American String Quartet: Haydn, Beethoven, and Bartok

Annually appearing on the great stages of Europe and touring America coast to coast, the American String Quartet is based in New York City, where it serves as Resident Quartet at the  Manhattan School of Music, teaching and performing an annual concert series. Every summer since its inception in 1974, the Quartet has been Resident Quartet at the Aspen Music Festival  and School.

Program: Haydn: Quartet in G Major, Op. 77, No.1; Beethoven: Quartet in F Major, Op. 135; and Bartok: Quartet No.6.
